The first album contains early works by Arnold Schoenberg and Ludwig van Beethoven, alongside the monumental Great Fugue. The Art of Fugue is an encounter with polyphonic music of various eras: from Baroque to the 20th century. The Bridge recorded by The Lutosławski Quartet is an album dedicated to 20th-century works. It includes compositions by Karol Szymanowski, Dmitri Shostakovich, and by Marcin Markowicz. Markowicz’s work can also be heard on the 2016 album, which contains all music written for this quartet in 2016. Enlightened Virtuoso is an album by the acclaimed violinist Zbigniew Pilch, dedicated to virtuoso music written for this instrument across Europe. The album Different Things includes works by four widely different composers – what they have in common is that they wrote great film music, which, thanks to its values, went down in the history of cinema.
