Ticket returns

How to return tickets bought at NFM:

- please fill in the return form below*

- send an email requesting a refund of your tickets to: rezerwacje@nfm.wroclaw.pl; attach tickets/receipt in .pdf or .jpg (photo), give your refund data: name of account holder, bank account number*

– come to the NFM Box Office during its work hours (entrance from Plac Wolności)

Refunds of tickets bought on external ticketing portals (EMPIK, Eventim and others)?

We regret to inform you we do not process refunds of tickets bought at external points of sale.

Refunds of tickets bought for events from 12 March to 30 June 2020?

The deadline for returning tickets for cancelled events that had been scheduled for 12 March to 30 June 2020 is 31 December 2026. All refund requests sent before this deadline will be processed within 60 days.

For other events in the NFM regular repertoire, returns will be accepted no later than three working days before the concert.

*We will process only requests with complete data required.
